G Suite is now called Google Workspace.

Business opportunity: The Small and Medium Business (SMB) market was $55 billion (as of 2016). In an attempt to further tap into this customer segment, Amazon Digital Software and Video Grames (DSV) wanted to launch a team-oriented software-as-a-service, or SaaS, products available for the first time to US customers on Amazon.com

Solution: DSV partnered with Google to build a custom integration leveraging their advanced reseller APIs—unlocking critical features that enable seamless backend user linking. This collaboration lays the foundation for a standardized solution across all SaaS products, driving scalability and operational efficiency.

Deliverable: Led design and research workshops with Google and Amazon engineers to create a tailored team subscription experience—streamlining account creation, business email validation, and Google-owned user management.

Impact: Successfully integrated the multi-license SaaS platform experience, paving the way to onboard additional vendors including Microsoft 365, WorkTalk, FreshDesk, Adobe Creative Cloud, Expensify, Dropbox Business, and Trello.
